#Learn what happens when your RealEye License expires, how it affects your access to the platform, and steps to renew or upgrade your subscription.

#What Happens When My License Expires?

As your License nears expiration, you’ll see a red label in the top-right corner of your account dashboard, and a warning message will appear in your License tab.

Before your license expires, we’ll also send you an email explaining what to expect. Once your license expires:

  • You will lose access to the Analytics Dashboard.
  • Panelists will no longer be able to participate in your studies.
  • You won’t be able to invite new team members.

💡No worries! All your data remain stored and preserved. Expiration does not result in deletion of your data - your projects, recordings, and results will still be there when you reactivate or purchase a new license.
